You've tried everything. The crawling, tingling, aching won't stop.

You know the drill. You're exhausted. You finally get into bed. Then it starts — that unbearable urge to move your legs. You kick. You stretch. You get up and pace the house at 2am. Again.

Medications come with side effects. Hot baths provide temporary relief. Magnesium supplements aren't cutting it. And the latest medical guidelines just recommended against the most commonly prescribed RLS drugs because they make symptoms worse over time.

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.

Pressure in the right place, at the right time

Stillr combines three research-informed principles into a single, wearable compression sleeve you slip on before bed.

01

Targeted pressure zones

Embedded silicone pads apply gentle, calibrated pressure to two specific muscles in your foot — the same muscles identified in published research as responsive to pressure-based relief.

02

Overnight wear

Designed to be worn comfortably while you sleep — applying consistent, passive compression through the full night. No need to use it for hours before bed or interrupt your routine.

03

Graduated compression

Medical-grade silicone with graduated thickness profiles provides calibrated pressure — firmer where it matters, softer where comfort counts. Not a generic compression sock.

Designed from published research, not guesswork

Stillr's design draws on peer-reviewed clinical studies exploring compression and targeted pressure as non-drug approaches to restless legs. We're not claiming to cure anything — we're building on a growing body of science that suggests a better way.

The research is early but promising, and we're committed to transparent, honest communication about what the evidence does and doesn't support.

Compression for RLS

Lettieri et al., CHEST (2009) — sham-controlled trial showed a 40% reduction in RLS severity scores with lower-limb compression

Targeted foot pressure

Kuhn & Photopoulos, JAOA (2016) — targeted pressure on specific foot muscles reduced moderate-to-severe RLS symptoms

Drug-free is the new direction

2024 AASM guidelines reversed on dopamine agonists — now recommending against the drugs most commonly prescribed for RLS

60-night guarantee If it doesn't work, you pay nothing. That's our confidence signal.

Questions

What exactly is Stillr?+

Stillr is a compression ankle sleeve with embedded medical-grade silicone pressure pads, designed to be worn overnight on your foot and ankle. It applies targeted pressure to specific muscles that research has linked to restless legs symptom management.

Is this safe to use?+

Stillr is made from medical-grade materials and designed for extended overnight wear. The silicone pressure pads are platinum-cured and biocompatible. The sleeve uses no electronics, no batteries, and no active stimulation — it works through passive compression only. We're committed to meeting all applicable Australian safety and quality standards before we ship.

How is this different from compression socks?+

Generic compression socks apply uniform pressure across the whole leg. Stillr is purpose-built with silicone pads positioned over two specific foot muscles identified in clinical research. It's designed for restless legs specifically, not for general circulation or athletic recovery.

Is it comfortable to sleep in?+

Comfort is our number one design priority. The sleeve uses soft, breathable fabric with medical-grade silicone that conforms to your foot. We're testing extensively with real users to ensure it stays comfortable through a full night's sleep.

When will it be available?+

We're in development and regulatory preparation. Waitlist members will be the first to know when we're ready to ship — and will receive an exclusive early access price. We expect to begin shipping in 2026.

Does joining the waitlist cost anything?+

No. The waitlist is completely free. You won't be charged anything until you decide to place an order.
